Ruth Schlesinger
Elizabeth Sailer, L.Ac., has nearly 20 years of experience in acupuncture and herbal medicine. An East Coast native, Elizabeth received her B.A., Magna Cum Laude from Yale University and her Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco. She is board certified by the California Acupuncture Board and the National Committee for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and is versed in a number of styles of acupuncture as well as in the complexities of Chinese herbal medicine, western herbs and supplements.

Elizabeth has a family practice and treats patients with many different conditions and of all ages, from infants to the elderly. Treating children is one of Elizabeth’s great loves. She uses tools including Shonishin (a gentle needle free technique), herbal medicine, pediatric massage and dietary changes to help children recover from conditions including colic, frequent colds, ear infections, asthma, ADD with the goal of keeping kids healthy and balanced. As a mother, she is attuned to the concerns of parents attempting to navigate the sometimes rough waters of their children’s health.

Elizabeth likes to spend time with and to get to know her patients, and education and empowerment are high priorities in her practice. She finds that when acupuncture and herbal medicine are combined with stress reduction and other positive lifestyle changes amazing changes can and do happen.

Kenneth Luke
Kenneth Luke earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Athletic Training and Clinical Exercise from California State University, Hayward in 1990. As an Athletic Trainer, certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association, he has taught and provided sports medicine to student-athletes in both the high school and college settings. Kenneth also has experience administering orthopedic rehabilitation to patients in outpatient physical therapy clinics, and has participated on the Sports Medicine staff for numerous professional and United States Olympic teams. Since completing his Master of Science degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2000, Kenneth is successfully treating patients by combining the classic benefits of oriental medicine with the modern science of western orthopedics and physical therapy.
